My Watch Thinks I'm Dead
Insurtech and wearables are changing the way we live. They encourage us to exercise more, eat better, and proactively monitor our vital signs. These are all exceptional benefits. But what happens when reliance on these devices provide unexpected consequences? When our watches (home security systems, intelligent cars) are a bit too autonomous, the results can be startling. BTW, my watch just informed me my heart rate is too high from writing this post.
